Sign Up Options
Option 1: Sign Up Online
Sign up online through our GymMaster portal for a quick and easy registration process.
- Click the button below to go to our GymMaster portal
 - Create an account and select your membership plan
 - Complete payment information (includes $49 sign-up fee for most plans)
 - Visit the gym during staff hours to pick up your access card
 - Note all members have a 30 day cancelation period
 - Memberships do not cancel on their own, they are recurring
 
Option 2: Sign Up In Person
Visit Madtown Fitness during our staff hours to sign up in person:
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
 - Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 - Sundays: Closed (24/7 access for members)
 
Our staff will assist you with the registration process and set up your membership.
Special Discounts
Do you qualify for a discount?
Madtown Fitness offers special discounts for the following groups:
- Students: Valid student ID required
 - Military Personnel: Active duty or veteran status
 - Emergency Personnel: Police, firefighters, EMTs, and healthcare workers
 
What to Expect
After signing up, you'll receive:
- 24/7 access card to the facility
 - Access to all gym equipment and amenities
 - Login credentials for the GymMaster portal to manage your membership
 - A brief orientation of the facility during your first visit
 
Remember, all new memberships have a one-time $49 sign-up fee in addition to your chosen membership plan.
