My fitness journey began in 2010 when I started weight training to help improve my performance on the basketball court. During this time I fell in love with being in the gym and training around other like-minded individuals. I continued to further my education at UW-Madison where I began personal training and graduating in 2016 with a bachelor's in psychology.

My love for health and fitness started at a young age. I continued my athletic interests outside of sports in school, which led me to weight lifting and a passion for nutrition and its effects on the body. This in turn inspired me to pursue competitive bodybuilding. I have been working with men, and women, over the past nine years with programming specified training to fit their lifestyle and developing positive nutritional habits. I help you determine achievable goals, and break down barriers to creating a new you NOW! Having to deal with, and recover from, severe orthopedic injuries over the past decade has helped give me a better understanding of each stage of the varying fitness levels. I can help clients, at any stage, create lasting habits and learn what their body needs to be the healthiest it's ever been. I am confident in my ability to help you, regardless of gender, in achieving your goals and reaching your desired outcome.
