I continued my athletic interests outside of sports in school, which led me to weight lifting and a passion for nutrition and its effects on the body. This in turn inspired me to pursue competitive bodybuilding. I have been working with men, and women, over the past nine years with programming specified training to fit their lifestyle and developing positive nutritional habits. I help you determine achievable goals, and break down barriers to creating a new you NOW! Having to deal with, and recover from, severe orthopedic injuries over the past decade has helped give me a better understanding of each stage of the varying fitness levels.
